This week we have a release from several months ago from Slow Six. I don’t know a great deal about this band, but they have created some intricately well built melodramatic instrumental tracks on this release. The songs are well paced and most have a great slow build from start to finish, with each incoming element meshing into what has already been created to reach some solid highs by the end of the tracks. In terms of being strong and passionate instrumental tracks, these guys have created some that are as good as any other ones out there. Classical, rock elements all meet together in the long form instrumental goodness on a lot of songs here, and it is some cool stuff for sure. Very chill, very smooth but still pretty dramatic at the end.
