Wavves 10/09/09 Dallas Tour Date Information

Ok you guys, if you are here you are, or at least are about to be, as confused as I have been about where exactly Wavves is playing in Dallas tonight. The Wavves myspace (get a real website, dude) says “Pastime Lounge,” which if you Google, leads you to some place South, and if you street view, gives you the very scary notion of going to a show here, a spot in Dallas which appears to have been forsaken by God himself. If you call the Google’d number, it goes to a fax.
I kept Googling and one site said Wavves is playing at “Darkside Lounge,” which if you google takes you to THAT joint’s myspace (get a real website), which says that it’s in Deep Ellum, but that it closed sometime last year.
So, Ganglians’ myspace (what’s with the myspace pages? Myspace sucks!) says, “The Lounge,” which if you google takes you to yet ANOTHER myspace (seriously WTF.), which says that it is the same address as the Darkside Lounge, and apparently that’s where it is. Wavves may honestly be the biggest clusterfuck of information in music right now.
So: long story short – Wavves is playing at The Lounge, located at 2810 Elm Street in Deep Ellum. See you there; come say hi if you have any idea what I look like (HINT: Exactly like this).
