The Black Lips‘ new LP (200 Million Thousand) hits store shelves on February 24, 2009 courtsey of Vice Records. They have released a preview track (at the bottom or via their myspace), entitled Starting Over, which is a pretty cool 60s pop rock throwback which harkens somewhat to the Velvet Underground.
